No disrespect to Jermaine
or his faith, however, I firmly believe that Michael’s faith in God and prayers
going up from ALL over the world, from people of many different faiths,
especially their mother, is what kept him through it ALL. He Kept the Faith that he believes in. Jermaine said himself that Michael is a very
strong person and that he doesn’t know how he was able to keep standing through
it all. He said himself that he would
have jumped across the table in court and slapped somebody…he’s obviously an extremely sweet-spirited and kind man and wants what he thinks is best for Michael, but I have to disagree with him.

All things considered, I’d
say that Michael’s faith in God is working very well for him. The Muslim faith is not for everybody, and I
think that discussion should have been between he and Michael, not him and the
media. I do believe that he loves his
little brother and means well, and I could be sincerely wrong, but I think
Michael is too much of a free spirit to get back into any religious
denomination with rigid rituals. Having
studied many different doctrines, and the Bible ALL of his life, he may have
become part of another one since leaving the JW’s, but I doubt very seriously
that he has or even wants to be part of any organized religion…just my humble
opinion.

“I
believe in the Bible and I try to follow the Bible. I know that I’m not an
angel and I’m not a devil either. I try to be as best as I can and I try to do
what I think is right. It’s that simple…I don’t just pray at night. I pray at
different times during the day. Whenever I see something beautiful, I say, ‘Oh,
God, that’s beautiful.’ I say little prayers like that all through the
day.” -Michael Jackson JET
magazine – August 1979

“In Neverland "I’m trying to imitate JESUS in the fact that
he said to be like children, to love children, to be as pure as children, and
to make yourself as innocent and to see the world through eyes of wonderment
and the whole magical quality of it all and I love that.”
-Michael Jackson

As for the media trying to
spin this into a negative, WHATEVER! They
can’t stop payment on Jermaine’s check!!!
I’m not sure how much he was paid, but one celeb got almost $195,000 on
a previous run + room and board for 25 days of hangin’ out with a bunch of
strangers. It’s already paid of in
other ways, like putting the J5 music back on the charts, so…it could be a
strategic move that pays off pretty well from an exposure standpoint as well.

Plus
he got to plug some other projects he’s doing.
I say it’s all good if you make it work for you, which I think he did,
and if the media is gonna profit from using Michael’s name regardless, Jermaine
might as well drop it too, to benefit the family.
I mean really, why should they sit back let the media be the only ones
capitalizing on the legacy that every member of that family worked and/or
sacrificed to build???
